Why Rebel Leaders?

Because we're DONE with leadership that's all hierarchy and domination. For too long, patriarchy, white supremacy, and capitalism have shaped what we think leadership looks like — and it's time to change the definition.

Rebel Leaders offers fresh perspectives that shatter outdated leadership narratives. This is leadership rooted in justice, authenticity, and the radical belief that anyone can lead from their values, not their title.

This newsletter is for women, mothers, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, allies, and anyone who's ever felt like they don’t belong in traditional leadership spaces. I believe leadership is a PRACTICE, not a POSITION, and you don’t need to wait for permission to take charge of your own life.

Free subscribers get:

  • Weekly newsletter challenging traditional leadership norms

  • Updates on events and workshops

Paid subscribers get:

Having a paywalled community protects all of us! If you value this newsletter and believe in paying writers for their work, please consider a paid subscription.

About Susie 🙋🏼‍♀️

I'm a leadership coach, yoga teacher, and board member of IAMAS (International Association for Maternal Action and Scholarship). I hold an MA in Women, Gender, Spirituality & Social Justice, and I'm the voice behind this Substack.

As a mother of three, I've learned that leadership isn't about having all the answers — it's about showing up authentically and creating space for others to do the same. Through my coaching practice, I help rebel leaders step into their power and lead from their whole, authentic selves.

I believe leadership is an act of rebellion — and I'm here to help you lead like the rebel you already are.
